July 10, 2007 by chickslovechocolate

Now we have some further evidence of the health benefits of dark chocolate! A newly released study by the Journal of the American Medical Association has found that after 18 weeks blood pressure was lowered by eating only a few grams (30 calories) of dark chocolate! As we knew, with chocolate, less is best. The health benefits of chocolate are voided by increased weight gain. So eat chocolate daily, but in moderation as always!
